Fair Winds Farm is a unique location to host the perfect wedding or party. It is ideal for a small intimate gathering but can easily accommodate events up to 250 people. It is a working horse farm with 50 acres bordering beautiful Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. We have several sites including very private waterfront or a beautiful island complete with an arched bridge and a glorious weeping willow along with a large barn and plenty of room for a tent. The property also includes the original farmhouse, built in the 1920s, but renovated, which comfortably sleeps 10.

Our natural setting, along with exceptional service, sets us apart from other wedding and party sites in the Tidewater region. We can offer breathtaking sunrises, spectacular sunsets, more stars than can be seen anywhere else in our area along with all the attention to details you require for an outstanding, stress-free occasion.  We will work together with planners, caterers, floral designers and other professionals to assure your event is everyhing you imagined.
